The 50,000 square feet campus center was designed to expand food service areas and student life amenities such as health services, fitness center, recreational space, study areas, student government and student affairs offices, meeting rooms, tiered seat theater space, lounge spaces, bookstore and other retail.

The 50,000 square feet facility provides new space for laboratories, classrooms and offices for Registered Nursing and other Health Sciences related programs including Clinical Lab Technology, EMT/ Paramedic, Practical Nursing, Patient Care Technology, andRadiologic Technology. The building is served from the new campus underground electrical distribution system. Chilled and Heating water is served from the campus Central Energy Plant.
